Our Vision

Our Vision is to be a resource for the understanding and practice of Reiki and an advocate for the acceptance of Reiki.

As a resource: The Vermont Reiki Association provides sound and ethical information about the use of Reiki as part of a personal wellness program. The VRA also provides peer support for Vermont’s Reiki practitioners. We will help you ask the right questions and locate qualified practitioners and teachers.

As an advocate: The Vermont Reiki Association promotes knowledge, understanding and the appropriate use of Reiki in a variety of settings, including traditional medical settings. We will work with our members to help them promote Reiki in their local communities.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a forum to encourage support, partnership and connection among Reiki practitioners throughout the state.

  • We will anticipate and prepare for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead for the Reiki community.
  • We will partner with our medical and healing profession communities to support the continued growth of Reiki in our state.
  • We will promote personal and spiritual growth as well as professional development, thus leading to highly effective practitioners.

Our Logo

Our logo design is a collaboration of Vermont Reiki Practitioners. The purple outer twelve pedaled lotus flower symbolizes the heart chakra or love. The inner circle represents the unending flow of love with Reiki. The hands surrounded by yellow represent Reiki practitioners empowering individuals during attunements and healing sessions. Taken together the complete logo represents Reiki empowering practitioners to bring compassion and healing to themselves, their clients, and the world.

Clarity transmutes fear.
Integrity is one of several paths. It distinguishes itself from the others because it is the only one upon which you will never get lost.
Compassion is love coupled with an understanding of the other person’s point of view and feelings.
